Yalta Zoo Skazka is MUST SEE in Crimea

Guests of Crimean peninsula often ask what is MUST SEE IN CRIMEA, I would propose to visit the only private Zoo in Ukraine, it is called SKAZKA. Especially families with the children, who visit Crimea are tired of laying on a beach. You will enjoy reach collection of the animals which are brought from over the world by very patient owner of the zoo Oleg Zubkov. All the animals seem to be very pleased with their life at this zoo!

is possible from Yalta city itself by marshrutka (minibus) or if you plan your trip from Simferopol take a bus to Yalta than take marshrutka from Yalta going to Sevastopol and ask driver to stop at zoo. Very impressive are tigers, they seem to be very kind and good mannered.
Families of monkeys gather most of visitors.They do playing of the time, having fun with each other. Mothers are taking care of their cute children.
Birds: parrots, emu, pelicans, ducks and others are very friendly, are used to visitors of zoo.
Some of animals like to be pet.
Zoo has many exotic animals like camels (camels earlier lived in mountain areas of Crimea), giraffes, even mammoth.
This tiger was presented by former prime minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko. Its name is Tigrulia, what combination of two words Tigr (tiger in Russian) and Yulia (name of prime minister).
